Here’s how we handle the information you share.
What we save
When you start, we save your answers and progress, including unfinished briefs. We also save the final brief, price estimate and when the brief was copied. A page visit alone does not create a lead.
Contact details are always optional
Your name, email, phone and Threads are only saved when you submit the contact step / generate your brief. You can get your result without sharing them. Permission to contact you about the project is requested separately.
Who can see it
TRLABS, the operator of this tool, can review answers in a password-protected workspace to understand project needs. We do not automatically send briefs to developers, subscribe you to marketing, or sell your data.
How long it stays
Unfinished drafts are kept for up to 90 days without activity; completed briefs for up to 12 months. The owner can delete a record earlier. Your browser keeps a recovery copy for up to 7 days, removing it after successful final saving.
